effective air conditioning good bed luggage storage
I found the air conditioning very effective . The bed offered good comfort. Luggage storage was available, I used it without issues. Breakfast was great with multiple options.
The elevator was old, slow, and small. It made concerning noises. I felt a bit anxious when using it.

The hotel sits directly on a main shopping street. It has immediate access to designer shops. Key attractions are also within reasonable walking distance. Train station is easily accessible too.

great location and friendly staff

The hotel is on the main shopping street. made it easy to access many shops and restaurants. the room included a mini bar and a kettle. complimentary bottles of water were provided daily. the staff was polite, professional, and friendly. I really appreciated this, the bed was very comfy too.
I noticed some noise from other guests. I could hear them in the rooms next door. this was only a minor issue and did not significantly impact my stay. however. it is something to consider for light sleepers.

The front desk staff was friendly and bilingual. they were always ready to help with directions and recommendations for local attractions. I found them to be attentive. the housekeeping staff was also attentive. ensuring the room was clean.

the buffet breakfast was excellent. it featured a wide variety of options. i did not try other dining options at the hotel. but there are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby within easy walking distance.

the hotel has its own parking garage. this is a great plus if you are driving. the room was equipped with a mini bar and a kettle including some toiletries. luggage storage is available if needed.

lovely experience
convenient harbour balcony room helpful staff
the location, near the harbour, proved very convenient. i enjoyed the superior roomwith A balcony. the staff greeted me with kindness, and i found them always willing to help. it created a wonderfully tender atmosphere.
the room looked smaller than expected from the photos, also the layout did not fulfill my expectations.
